Location: Decatur, Texas | Have a Equalizer hitch and the key switch is getting really hard to use. Looking for a new one to replace it with and can not get thru to Equalizer to get any help. Does any one have an idea on how to get a replacement? I did find a part name and part number: Equalizer Key Tumbler # 7463It is a lock cyl. with 2 studs on the back of it. Was going to use a heavy duty toggle switch but was told that wouldn't work. |

Location: western PA | If you can find a manufacturer's part # on the switch, many replacements are available from several sources on line. Generally they will also be cheaper there, than when purchasing from a trailer or jack company that also purchases them from the same manufacturers. Once you have the #, look for "key lock switches" |

Location: Decatur, Texas | That's it! Thanks, I looked all afternoon yesterday with no luck going thru the Equalizer jacks website but did find one thru another rv store online and they claim they would not do phone orders so I kinda had second thoughts using them. Will be ordering this in the morning, Thanks! |
