I think my trailer is haunted. For some reason the radio will turn it self on.At first I thought maybe my cat hit the button. But it did it while I was sitting at the dinette. So does anyone have a clue why this would happen. The radio is a Jensen am/fm/cd. Thanks for any suggestions.

Does it have a remote to turn it on? Perhaps the remote circuits are responding to something. Otherwise get a simple switch into the radio's power supply. Can't turn on if there's no power.

Our TV sometimes turns on, usually in the middle of the night. I think its a digital/remote/transmitter signal thing being triggered by aircraft signal or something. We have the Jensen nice radio also. Ours has the on/off button on the radio but also has a power switch above it wired into the trailer electrical so the power is completely cut to the radio. Perhaps you have an alarm of some sort set accidently as mine has a wake to music feature. Or its a transmitter signal turning it on.

Been awhile but the radio issue was that it had an alarm built into it. Didn't know....Hubby fixed it. Maybe next time I should read the specs...
