Location: md | Good luck. I hope you find her. Some people charge the amount of registration fee plus the purchase price. I bought a horse from an induvidual and thats what he did. He did itso that if I showed the horse and got a ticket, it would not come back on him. I see now breeders has a form you can fill out if you sell a horse and it is never tranferred.But there are all these dealers out there who never transfer a horse. Maybe put an ad on craigslist? Go back to the last know owner and maybe they will have an idea? |
